Much of this kind of mental focus comes from Venuto’s background in natural bodybuilding, a great deal of focus is required at the top of that endeavor, he’s also a strong exponent of positive thinking, goal setting and so forth, this is clear from the opening chapter.

If there is any drawback to Burn The Fat, it’s that it contains so much information, that some readers may find it a bit overwhelming. There are simpler programs available, but like anything in life , you get out what effort you put in.
